Job description / Role
Reporting to the CEO; this role has responsibility for Business Strategy and developing our approach to HR perception and success towards the Group Vision. As the lead he / she will manage the development of the Group strategy, mission and policy framework, integrate a high performance culture, thus ensuring a business collaborative approach in delivering best practices in a diversified business conglomerate.
We are a well-known organization (Group of Companies) in the UAE and MENA of over 3000 staff operating across multiple sites. This role is key to enabling great people management that will improve employee experience and employer branding.

Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Strategic Direction and Business Partnership Practices.
- Human Resources Operations.
- Compensation and Benefits.
- Talent Management.
- Change Management and Organizational structuring.
Key Accountabilities
- Set HR agenda and people strategy
- Develop HR policies following regions
- Minimize risk and financial exposure.
- Focus as key leader in strategic direction of shared services and Group Projects.
- Extend people leadership, business partnership and guidance.
- Provide advisory support.
- Support feasibility projects and business expansion.
- Develop talent & succession planning strategy.
- Design organizational structures and budgets.
- Implement compensation & benefits strategies.
- Enforce localization (achievement of quota’s in line with government stipulations).
- Be an Executive Member in the Strategic leadership team
Requirements
- Degree in HR, Masters preferable, CIPD Qualified / SHRM (Western / Middle East Candidates required)
- Minimum of 10-12 yrs within HR and at least 6 years at senior management level.
- Innovative and Modern approach to HR Management.
- Proficient command of Arabic and English Language.
Salary is up to AED 45,000 + Family Benefits
