Charterhouse are representing an incredible international educational business that are looking to expand their team with a Head of HR.
The Head of HR role will require someone that is able to work closely with the COO in Dubai as well as the Global HR Director in the UK, working to improve HR Operations, policies and procedures, employee relations, training as well as recruitment. The business is going through a strong period of growth and the HR function is absolutely crucial to the successful growth of the business, therefore to be considered for this role you will have exceptional HR experience, strong leadership skills and be someone that is able to think strategically not only from an HR perspective but also a business perspective.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should be Degree educated and have five to six years’ experience working within a similar role either in an educational organisation or within professional services. You should be someone that is able to work to tight deadlines, work in a strong team culture and have strong leadership skills with the knack for handling large levels of responsibility. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exposure to change management would be a distinct advantage.
