Oil & Gas - Head of HR EMEA Region
Actively looking for a Head of HR EMEA Region for my client, an international Oil & Gas manufacturing company, based in Dubai.
You will manage directly 10 people (HR, Trainining & Dev, Recruitment) based out of the Middle East and Europe.
You will report to the MD of the region and the Global division Head of HR based in Houston.

Requirements
- 20-25 years’ experience in HR (no more no less)
- International experience/environment; Responsible for multiple countries/cultures is a must
- Experience with a big corporation in any field (a big name) is a must
- Experience managing a big territory/region (for example all the US, the Europe VS only a country) is a must
- Strategic thinker (VS an operational HR) is a must
- MBA and HR certifications/qualifications are a plus
- Experience in the UAE is a plus
