Job description / Role
- Ability to think strategically and apply thinking in a pragmatic manner
- As a true leader, ability to influence, coach and build strong relationships and foster effective communication with the Leadership Team
- Ability to facilitate change and support the organisation in its transformation programs.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or second language is an advantage)
- Expert in UAE labour law and government Regulations.
- Proven experience in value added technical HR methods and systems.
- Ability to handle and resolve conflict
Requirements
- 15 years HR generalist and/or organizational development experience in complex multicultural environment (Industrial, engineering, construction or manufacturing sector)
- 7 years in HR management, including operating in a strategic/consultancy capacity
- MNC background in an organization over 1500 employees in the UAE
- Proven track record of leading successfully change in a fast growing environment.
- Previous experience managing a HR department of more than 10 employees.
