Position Title: Head of Human Resources
Employment Type: Full Time

About the Client:
One of the educational entities responsible of establishing policies and standards that effectively regulate technical and vocational educational

Job Description:
- Manage the HR team ensuring that they are clear about expected standards of performance, motivated and developed to provide professional HR services
- Manage the development of people development tools and plans to ensure their compliance with leading practices including retention, career planning, training and development, succession planning and employee relations
- Ensure that effective and appropriate HR Policies and Procedures are in place which meet legal requirements, best practice, and organizational objectives
- Ensure that managers and staff receive effective and appropriate advice and support on the implementation and interpretation of HR policies and procedures
- Continually review and monitor progress against the HR action and objectives and ensure that staff and budget resources are appropriately allocated and deployed

Requirements

- Open to Emirati nationality
- Male, 50 years old and below
- Higher Diploma in Human Resources or any relevant field
- At least 8 years of experience as a HR generalist or Senior HR role
- Must have up to date knowledge employment legislation and HR best practice
- Experience in project management from concept to sign off is required
