Head of Information Technology Procurement – IT Procurement – Permanent – Dubai

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a a leading client within the Financial sector who are seeking to bring on a Head of Information Technology Procurement

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is experienced in IT procurement and is looking for the next step up, you will be joining the team in setting up a new procurement department, heading up a team and having the below responsibilities

• Creating and management of request for quotations (RFQs), requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFI) and managing supplier relationships
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and related technologies, products and related licenses and services.
• Knowledge of Contract Management and Service performance evaluation
• Experience in IT procurement practice
• Experience in drafting, producing and negotiating procurement contracts
• Certifications related to ITIL, CISCO Certified System Engineer (CCNA), Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) or equivalent IT certifications will be preferred
• CIPS, CPSM, CPP or equivalent certification in Procurement
• Experience in IT Network and Infrastructure procurement Identify, head and oversee complex sourcing it projects consisting of software, licenses hardware and maintenance
