Position Title: Head of Innovation and Academic Technology
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20.5K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus housing allowance and family insurance
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
One of the educational entities responsible of establishing policies and standards that effectively regulate technical and vocational educational.

Job Description:
- Develop innovation strategy aligned with government directives and plans.
- Develop innovation framework, methodology, mechanisms, policies, and procedures.
- Determine innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation.
- Prepare and implement capability-building programs to enable staff to participate effectively in the innovation activities.
- Conduct awareness workshops and technical training on on-going basis to build innovation culture.
- Participate in new business opportunities as required; develop proposals and scopes of work as required

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic nationals
- 50 y/o and below
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in organizational development preferably in educational technology and organizational development
- Must have applied experience in implementing innovative solutions to technical challenges
- Evidence of knowledge of excellence models (4G, EFQM, ISO)
- Strong facilitation, consultation skills and experience
