Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a leading systems integrator within the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a ‘Head of IT Managed Services’ to lead their global IT practice.

You will supervise the day-to-day operational delivery of managed IT services. You will also ensure that operational excellence is delivered in the areas of IT infrastructure networks, desktops and applications across the business. In addition, you will verify that objectives and priorities are aligned with the overall business vision as well as developing / maintaining the brand and corporate perception, which is known for exceptional service.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have at least 15 years’ experience in the IT sector. You should have been in a leadership position for the last 6 years and presently work for a systems integrator within a similar role. It is essential you possess excellent technical knowledge of infrastructure networks, applications and desktops.
