Head of Leasing – Client Side

Job description / Role

Our client a multinational corporation that supply workplace solutions mainly business centres which offer serviced and virtual offices. This organisation is a market leader in flexible workspace solutions are seeking a Head of Leasing who will be responsible for delivering the network growth. Communicating the growth and opportunities to the end user mainly landlords, brokers and investors in flexible working solutions across the UAE.

- Develop new locations by identifying, analysing and negotiating agreements to open locations in accordance with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Generating and maintaining relationships with developers, investors property owners and real estate brokers.
- Identifying opportunities with developers or landlord selecting sites and evaluating possible development locations whilst conducting site surveys as appropriate.
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of growth opportunities by pitching the businesses proposition whilst communicating the business case and supporting financial modelling to support new opportunities.
- Analysing customer demand, market mapping and preparing an organisational action plan to remain competitive within the business centre market.
- Lead and manage the lease negotiation process including all associated legal documentation.
- Resolve any existing real estate portfolio issues, contract extensions, renewals and re-negotiate where appropriate.

Requirements

- Applicants must come from a Commercial Real Estate background either Consultancy or client side
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills , able to persuade and identify opportunities in new locations
- Must be motivated and have commercial knowledge with good local market knowledge
