Head of Legal (Arabic Speaking)

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a major real estate company who are based in Dubai. Our client is a genuine powerhouse name in the Middle East and is looking to hire an experienced Head of Legal to join the team.

As a senior member, you will have to oversee and manage a small team. You will also be responsible for a wide range of day to day commercial contract and agreement work, alongside having a strong hand in litigation cases.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 12 years’ experience with a strong litigation background, ideally with commercial or real estate matters. The ideal candidate should be bilingual, strong Arabic and English is required. Previous experience working for a multinational brand or international law firm is essential.
