Our client, a household name in banking, is looking to hire a bilingual (English/Arabic) Head of Legal (Corporate) based in their Dubai office. Reporting to the Group General Counsel, this is a business critical role, needing a senior corporate expert with extensive experience across all forms of corporate and commercial law.

The wider department comprises of teams handling dispute resolution and banking matters and this team, made up of a Senior Legal Counsel, 3 junior/mid-level Counsels, a Paralegal and a company Secretary, will be responsible for any corporate related matter across the Group.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have 10+ years PQE gained from either a Top-Tier international firm or another well-known and highly-regarded multinational organisation. You should be bilingual and have extensive experience within all aspects of corporate and commercial law. Candidates based in the GCC will be given preference for this role.

This is an excellent opportunity to join the management team of one of the best financial services organisations, working under one of the highest regarded General Counsel in the GCC. You will have extensive responsibility and be exposed to some highly interesting and complex matters.
