Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As the Head of Legal, you will be responsible for strategic leadership within the Legal Department. This includes supervising policies, procedures, and more.

While not involved in day-to-day operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the organisation's compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Additionally, you will provide guidance on corporate governance matters.

Description

* Manage all legal affairs by providing legal analysis, strategies, and solutions to ensure all business activities and teams are legally sound, effectively balancing risks with the achievement of business objectives.
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements, including those with clients, suppliers, employees, and other stakeholders.
* Identifying legal risks and developing strategies to mitigate or manage them.
* Providing legal training to employees and management to increase awareness of legal issues and compliance.

Requirements

* At least 10 years' experience in the legal leadership role with broader experience in contract negotiations.
