Head of Marketing and Sales - Middle East (Chemical or Paint Industry)

Salary up to AED 45,000
Job Location: Dubai

Our client is one of the world’s leading specialty chemical company who are into four Business Areas: Chemicals, Natural Resources, Catalysis and Plastics & Coatings.

They have an opportunity for a Head of Marketing and Sales - Middle East to focus mainly on the strategic sales and business development and take over the overall sales controls, plans and develops the business profitability and efficiency.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing – MENA, you would be responsible for sales, business development, sales representatives, forecasting and budgeting. This role would allow you to make decisions and use your analytical skills to enhance the profitability of the company.

In this busy environment you must have exceptional multitasking, organization skills, meet deadlines with good communication and employee engagement skills.

Job description:
- Responsible for pigments sales management of Arabian Peninsula region
- Hiring, training, managing and supervising the sales representatives
- Taking the complete responsibility for budgeting and forecasting
- Develop and improve sales policies and procedures pertaining to Business development
- Handling and managing the exports from gulf to MEA region
- Setting up the prices
- Maintaining a healthy professional relationship including complete documentation till paying out commission process with agents and distributors
- Travel as needed for industry and client related events

Requirements

- University Degree required in Chemical science/engineering.
- 10 -15 years’ experience.
- Experience with pigment industry preferred with strong sales management skills.
- Excellent in English and Arabic oral and written communication skills
- Experience in implementing successful business plans through collaboration with other functions.
