Our client is a prestigious organisation within the field of entertainment, venues and events who are known for their global presence.
The Role
The Director of Marketing and Communications will lead the marketing and communications strategies in order to attract, develop and retain costumers by identifying, interpreting and profitably satisfying the marketing needs in order to achieve my clients brand and business objectives. Managing a team of 5 managers this position requires a professional to hit the ground running. This is a position to which my client requires a UAE National.
Key Responsibilities
- Recommend optimum pricing, positioning strategies to ensure effective market penetration and achievement of target revenues in line with my client’s strategic objectives.
- Ensure proper coordination with agencies conducting market surveys and research to build market intelligence, competitor analysis, demographic understanding and customer feedback.
- Oversee the implementation of overall project plans/ activities in order to ensure that these are in line with the marketing strategies for every project and that the activities are carried out on their set dates and timings.
- Ensure long term planning with respective agencies and suppliers and development of pre approved lists of activities and costs per project.
- Ensure marketing team is working with the sales team continuously in order to identify and agree on the target.
- Manage and ensure that all Marketing Communication initiatives e.g. advertising and promotion campaigns are executed in line with the marketing
Requirements
We are looking for someone experienced and talented in Marketing and Communications professionals (UAE National + Family book).
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in working in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience working with hospitality and events
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or Equivalent
- Excellent command over English Language.
- Internal and external customer orientation.
