Head of Marketing & Communications - UAE National

Job description / Role

Client is a leading bank based in the UAE, is looking for a UAE National with a strong marketing background to join them as the Head of Marketing and Communications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the conceptualization, finalization and implementation of the overall marketing and communications strategy.

They will be responsible for ensuring enhanced market share, development of new markets and for maintaining a competitive positioning within the industry.

Requirements

- Graduate with relevant degree/ specialization ideally in Marketing and/or Corporate Communications
- Ideally 14+ years of relevant experience with at least 7+ years in leadership roles in Marketing and Corporate Communications
- Experience in banking/financial services preferable but not essential
- Creative individual with a balance of being innovative in thought and direction and process oriented in execution
- Good communication and presentation skills, people management & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in matrix environment
