Head of Marketing Development

Job description / Role

A Dubai based FMCG company is seeking a Head of Marketing Development to join the team in Dubai. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this individual will be fully responsible for the marketing development, innovation development and brand performance of the group's four power brands.

In order to be considered for this position you must be fluent in Arabic.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the marketing development of the Power Brands and the communication framework
* Build a strong relationship with the marketing activation team in order to execute long-term brand strategy and campaign messages.
* Responsible for all ATL, Digital and campaign strategy.
* Responsible for ATL and Brand Digital creative development with agencies.
* Works closely with consumer insight teams to develop brand insights for power brands.
* Responsible for building the innovation roadmap for concerned business units and implementation plans.
* Manages the Marketing Development Budget.
* Manages the relationship with all creative agencies and media partners.
* Fully responsible for the brand marketing plan and planning cycle.
* Sets consumer pricing strategy and brand positioning across power brands.
* Fully in charge of brand performance, brand ATL budget and profitability.

Requirements

* 8-10 years marketing experience as part of a global or creative unit in FMCG.
* Degree in marketing or related field.
* Proven track record of outstanding marketing and digital campaign development and execution.
* Proven experience of managing creative partners, including media agencies
* Working knowledge of consumer insights and consumer innovation development.
* Strong knowledge of GCC markets
* This individual should possess strong commercial acumen and must be a strong innovator.
* The successful candidate will have excellent leaderships and persuasive skills.
