Employment: Full Time

Our client is a leading local bank and looking for an experienced Head of Home Finance sales for their Dubai Operations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise home mortgage business development team
- Analyzing market trends and establishing sales strategies to increase department portfolio
- Accountability for building relationships and delivering superior service through knowledge of mortgage products and services
- Thorough knowledge of the Bank’s Standard Operating Procedures, finance programs, etc.
- Ensure department is in compliance, keep abreast of current requirements and changing legislation
- Development of Sales Team Leaders to improve their ability and grow their teams to meet KPIs and build a team that obtains departmental and company objectives
- Consistent disciplined approach to follow up targets, tasks' completion and goals

Requirements

- Minimum five years of experience in a home mortgages sales environment
- Knowledge of preventative, productive and remedial financial counseling
- Strong management experience
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to direct, lead, and motivate others in a team environment
- Detail oriented and organized
- Strong analytical skills and numeric aptitude
