* Develop and implement robust network architecture strategies that align with the organisation's business goals.
* Oversee the design and deployment of scalable and secure network solutions across multiple sites and geographies.
* Lead the management and optimisation of the entire IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and vitalisation technologies.
* Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of infrastructure components.
* Manage and coordinate technology initiatives across diverse business sectors, addressing the unique challenges of each industry.
* Develop and implement standardised processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across all locations.
* Provide strategic direction and leadership to the networking and infrastructure teams.
* Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture, attracting and retaining top talent.
* Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard the organisation's information assets.

Requirements

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role focused on networking and infrastructure.

* Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security best practices, and emerging technologies.
* Experience in industries with diverse business operations is highly desirable.
