Build a structured operations function for handling the assessment and allocation of a high volume of important initiatives and requests, arriving from a variety of sources on behalf an influential executive leader in Abu Dhabi.

Description
* Build effective operational processes for the running of a busy CEO office receiving a broad range of high importance requests
* Develop efficient models to analyse initiatives and ensure appropriate prioritisation, then distribution to executives and organisations within the portfolio
* Present to CEO and executives on topic summaries and updates
* Seek opportunities to innovate on processes, systems and methods of communication
* Personally interact with highly influential internal and external senior stakeholders
* Lead and develop a top class team to support goals of the office

Requirements
* Must have experience as a Chief of Staff or Head of Operations for a CEO/Chairman or top executive within a large, complex business or a government organisation
* Professional level communication in both English and Arabic (written and verbal)
* Comfortable leading operations and developing processes to optimise service of the office
* You will be experienced in collaborating with and presenting to influential executives
* Highest level of ethics, confidentiality and discretion. Must be experienced handling a high volume of sensitive issues
