Job description / Role
Objectives:
Ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
• Planning and organizing production schedules
• Preparation of Analysis for different suppliers
• Define productivity targets for employees and support them to achieve them
• Assessing project and resource requirements
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
• Determining quality control standards
• Overseeing production processes
• Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
Reporting to: General Manager
Duration: Permanent position
Requirements
University Qualifications:
• Business degree, industrial engineering degree or other relevant degrees
Nature and length of previous experience:
• Experience in a manufacturing
• 3-5 years of experience as head of production
Specialist Knowledge:
• Excellent skills in XL
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong problem solving skills
Soft Skills and Personality Traits:
• High moral standards
• Strong communication skills and willing to implement
• Team working skills
Language Fluency: English
