Position Title: Head of Quality Assurance
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 39K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus annual housing and health insurance maximum up to 3 dependents
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
One of the educational entities responsible of establishing policies and standards that effectively regulate technical and vocational educational.

Job Description:
• Establish Quality Assurance system, including documented procedures, processes and policies.
• Develop division plan and contribute to the development of the Company strategic plan.
• Lead the implementation of the relevant capabilities required for organizational excellence to achieve continuous improvement in performance as a result of an effective learning from previous performance and best practices.
• Lead the implementation of innovative practices towards achieving leading positions for the Company.
• Establishes, monitors, and reports all strategic planning and evaluation activities of the department to ensure appropriate measures are in place and utilized for the achievement of the company strategic objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education and/or any relevant specialization
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Quality Management or Education and Training and/or Regulatory Affairs
• Experience in Institutional Effectiveness, ISO certification, and School inspection
• Experience in implementing quality management systems such as ISO 9001
• Demonstrated knowledge of Abu Dhabi Excellence Award Program (ADEAP)
