Job description / Role
- Manage the entire sales, leasing, marketing and property management activities.
- Developing and implementing end-to-end Projects,sales and leasing strategy in line with the business plan.
- Develop new business opportunities in various locations with research, networking and prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.
- Building a network of real estate brokers on regional and international level.
- Responsible for the entire real-estate portfolio - New/ Existing.
- Researching and analyzing new business opportunities and producing clear summaries to enable decision making.
- Achieve sales and leasing objectives and targets as assigned.
- Keep up to date with the market trends.
- Create reward programs and events that will stimulate staff motivation.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive reporting system.
- Manage the Call Centre and Tele-sales team.
- Supervise and ensure the CRM is used to its full efficiency.
- Monitoring real estate income and expenditure, as well as collecting payments.
Requirements
- Expertise of fundraising, a quantifiable track record, extensive and lasting investor relations across KSA and GCC.
- Well versed with the rules and regulations of the Real Estate markets in KSA and GCC.
- Highly commercial with proven ability to leverage personal rolodex of established and active set of relationships with institutional investors.
- Superior relationship-building, communication and presentation skills and international work experience required.
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills with a demonstrated track record of managing diverse stakeholders.
- High energy level, independent, strong entrepreneurship, motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Good English, analytical, good understanding of property investment concepts.
- Good EQ and enjoy meeting up with people.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
