Job description / Role
G4S is currently looking for an experienced Head of Recurring Business for Electronic Security Solutions Division. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible in generating new business for maintenance of electronic security equipments. The incumbent will ensure maintenance revenue, invoicing and collection as per the budgets. He/she will also be responsible for addition of new customers, complaint resolution and managing client’s expectations.
Responsibilities includes (but not limited to) the following:
- Ensure delivery of services to the clients as per their expectations and in accordance with the contractual obligations, thus contributing to the growth of the Company.
- Improve and implement laid down policies, systems and procedures for smooth conduct of Sales and Implementations with the specific aim of providing high quality service to our clients across the country.
- Responsible for the recurring business for Maintenance services for ESS division and will be tasked to grow the business in line with the aggressive targets to deliver year on year growth in both turnover and margin.
- Develop short and long term business strategies for delivering the key objectives.
- Accomplish human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
- Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; invoicing projections; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Lead a multi cultural team of Sales personnel, engineers, technicians and helpers.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years experience in handling maintenance services with proven experience in handling technical issues surrounding electronics security equipment.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Cost Analysis, Cost Control, Quality of work priority
- Strong personality, proficient in customer relationship management
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
