Job description / Role
Leading Executive Search agency is looking for a Head of Research to manage the researcher team of 5.
Ideal candidates, will have proven experience gained as a Researcher/Resourcer with a relevant outsourced Research business such as (Egon Zehnder, Heidrick & Struggles, Pedersen & Partners, Korn Ferry, Boyden and ect.)
Needs to be experienced in a variety of industries and have worked on C-suite roles.
Most importantly you will bring drive, energy, curiosity and an appetite to get involved as part of a thriving and progressive organisation.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with executive search experience that is deadline driven and has excellent time management skills. Candidate should be a team player with strong analytical skills.
- At least 4 years of Executive Search Experience.
- Trustworthy and confidential
- Ability to deal credibly with and build relationships with senior client contacts and candidates
- Have management skills and ability to organize the work of the research team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bachelor degree.
