Employment: Full Time

Responsible for the management of a B2C sales team, the position of Head of Revenue will generate and develop all leads, seek out new areas for potential business, further develop the sales strategy and work closely with the General Manager to achieve both individual and team sales targets. It is therefore essential that you have experience within a sales management role in the company incorporation sector.

Part of a wider group of companies, this entity is newly established and will report directly into the General Manager on a daily basis. You will be responsible for the development and tracking of your individual sales target and those of your team. Sales targets will be set across the sales division including the cross selling and renewal teams. The successful candidate will therefore ensure that regular support and training is provided and that industry and market knowledge is maintained and shared with the team. As our client offers a broad range of company incorporation packages, it is the responsibility of the Head of Revenue to maximise profit through constant staff development, sales technique trainings and KPI monitoring. Overseeing a pipeline of business to maximise revenue, all leads should be followed up and monitored on the internal CRM. This reporting mechanism will also be utilised to identify both success and areas of improvement for yourself and the team. Therefore, there may be the need to review the SOPs to ensure no lead is left unturned.

Requirements

This position requires an exceptionally sales focused and driven individual with a minimum of 6 years overall sales experience, of which 2-3 years should be within the company incorporation sector and team management. You will be accustomed to a hard core selling role and an exceptionally fast paced and target driven environment. It is therefore essential that you are already in a Senior Sales Manager position and seeking a new challenge to further develop your career.
