Employment: Full Time

Our client, a reputable & well-established DMC (Destination Management Company) based in Dubai, and has number of offices in various locations in the region, is seeking to recruit top-notch professional to head their global B2B (wholesales) sales & marketing activities. The company is armed with up-to-date GTE (Global Travel Engine) that allows a productive and efficient management of the entire global B2B sales in over 125 countries accessible to over 500 in-bound regional suppliers.

Reporting to the company general manager, the incumbent is fully responsible and accountable for the entire B2B (wholesales) global sales figures.

The job holder needs to be able to:
- Produce effective short & long term business plan (sales) with an objective of increasing revenue as well as productivity
- Execute the plan smoothly and effectively to meet the market requirements as well as changes
- Ensure company / business growth on short as well as on long term basis.
- Increase the number of B2B clients (users) world-wide
- Promote the company services world-wide by using all marketing and promotions means
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering productive and efficient service
- Act swiftly to the client’s complain if any
- Ensure a smooth & positive relationship with the suppliers,
- Negotiate the suppliers on better terms if needed.
- Communicate with suppliers all complains & negative feedback if any.
- Be able to manage existing sales force as well as enlarge the team in response to market needs & changelings
- Direct, train and motivate the sales team
- Keep eye on all market changes and act accordingly
- Maintain the existing clients as well as generate new prospects
- Response swiftly to any client complain, comments etc..
- Keep eye on any changes in technology that may affect the sales operations and act swiftly accordingly
- Keep eye on competitors, analyze the market needs and draw the right conclusions in order to be used in any future development.

Requirements

- He / she is currently heading sales in the similar or recognized business
- Experienced in B2B whole sales with DMC firm
- Experienced in managing clients as well as suppliers
- Possess in-depth knowledge about the entire life-cycle of the process & procedures within global B2B whole-sale platform business gained from reputable DMC
- Possess high level of commercial acumen
- Knows who is who in the market
- Possess in-depth knowledge about global travel and tourism business
- Understand in-depth the travel & tourism industry
- Has hands-on experience in all kind of marketing tools that uses in DMC type of business
- Has hands-on experience in all kind of suppliers relationship management
- Able to motivate, train and manage a team of sales-force effectively
- In-depth-knowledge about the market trend
- In-depth knowledge about technology edge in the industry
- Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing
- Ability to conduct professional presentation in front of clients, suppliers and decision makers.
