Position Title: Head of Service
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 40,000 AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the world’s leading elevator companies.
Job Role:
Responsible for achieving GM and EBIT numbers set by the company
Act as the link between the service customer and the company
Adhere to all safety and compliance rules of the company
Evaluate and monitor the service sales activity
Provide commercial support to other branches
Follow and achieve DSO targets
Requirements
Requirements:
50 y/o and below
Bachelor’s degree in engineering; preferably mechanical or electrical engineering
At least 15 years’ of experience in elevator industry, preferaby in the Service Department; 10 years of which in an elevator company responsible for either, sales, design or installation
Must have excellent commercial background, customer service skills, negotiation and persuading skills
Excellent communication (oral and written) skills, knowledge in Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage
