Head of Soft Services – Dubai, UAE – Facilities Management Service Provider

Our client is a top tier Dubai based FM company. They have a portfolio of blue chip clients and manage TFM (Hard and Soft) services across multiple property types including: Commercial, Retail, Defence, and Aviation.

• They are currently seeking a Head of Soft Services to join their Dubai Team.
• The successful candidate will be based in Dubai and oversee the department and multiple contracts, and large teams of blue collar workers delivering soft services such as cleaning to various types of facilities.
• Candidates should have experience and sound knowledge in all areas of Soft Services, be commercially astute and understand P&L, as well as SLAs and KPI based performance contracts.
They should have excellent management skills, have good written and spoken English and be able to communicate well, ensuring client satisfaction and development of the relationship and continuous improvement within the department.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Facilities Management or Building Maintenance Experience
• FM related qualification – (BICS desirable)
• Experience managing a blue collar team
• Commercially astute (P&L management)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good report writing skills
