As they continue to expand and diversify their portfolio, they are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Talent Acquisition to join their team and drive the acquisition of top-tier talent across all levels of the organization.

Role Overview:
As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent that aligns with the company's objectives and values. You will play a critical role in building a high-performing workforce that drives the company's growth and success in the competitive investment landscape of Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies and initiatives to support the company's growth objectives and meet hiring needs across various departments and levels.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, establish recruitment priorities, and develop effective hiring plans.
• Lead a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and industry organizations, to expand talent pipelines and enhance the company's employer brand.
• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle, including job profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Implement best practices in recruitment, leveraging data and analytics to track key metrics, identify trends, and continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition processes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market insights, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition to proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process, fostering a culture of belonging and ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven track record of success in talent acquisition leadership roles within the financial services or investment industry, preferably in Dubai or the MENA region.
• Strong understanding of investment principles, financial markets, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to effectively articulate the company's value proposition to prospective candidates.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, including employer branding, sourcing, and recruitment marketing.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making, coupled with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
