Five-star experienced Head of Training required for significantly expanding luxury food retail business based in Dubai, UAE.

Our client is an award-winning food retail business that is experiencing significant growth across the MENA region, particularly within Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This company has a number of routes to market and is a leader within its category; this is due to its commitment to product quality and customer service.

Due to rapid growth and demand for its products and services this business has exciting expansion plans for the next 15 months. In order to facilitate this growth, our client has identified the need for a Head of Training to help drive this function forward, ensuring consistent service standards across the business' restaurants and cafes.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you will have excellent experience of designing and deploying service training within restaurants and/or cafés to a silver service standard. Working within luxury / high-class dining should be natural to you and all of the associated training requirements and standards that go with these high standards.

Whilst this role has no immediate direct reports you will be expected to work collaboratively with other functional heads to ensure that learning and development, as well as training strategies are effectively implemented throughout the business.

This role is based in Dubai and will recompense you with a strong basic remuneration package, as well as a competitive bonus scheme and family-level benefits.
