Position Description:
We're looking for an experienced Creative Head who can lead a bunch of talented young UX and Design members. A strategic thinker, excellent design skills with a great understanding of the latest creative trends, who has skills in managing people, projects and resources and has lot of energy to work in a startup environment. The core responsibility is to determine the best way to represent an idea and produce high-level concepts, all while taking care of the team and allowing them to flourish.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Product teams and the Leadership team to develop a vision for path breaking products in various verticals like education, healthcare, AI, Govt services etc.
- Create a climate that encourages and cultivates imagination, new ideas, collaboration, and fresh perspectives.
- Encourage creative risk taking in the team and facilitate the means by which the best ideas are surfaced and made into product ideas
- Actively participate in all phases of the design process, including crafting creative vision, developing early product concepts that define how the overall product narrative is described
- Ensure creative vision is clearly communicated and executed to quality in all aspects of production with clear outcomes
- Lead development of goals, design principles, user journeys, experience maps and other conceptual frameworks that support and describe a product experience
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship across a multi-disciplinary organization of experts including UX, Product, AI, Engineering, Marketing and other areas that are fundamental to delivering a product experience
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Creative Head or in a similar creative role in a product company or Digital Transformation platforms
- Proven experience in creative process, designing enterprise solutions, mobile applications and has shipped products with life cycle
- Outstanding leadership and organization skills
- Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
- Strong decision-making skills
- Expertise in the design tools is a must
- Expertise in Apple, Android, Google guidelines is a must
- 10 years of related experience with 7+ years of creative lead role in Digital Platforms
