Job description / Role
Quest Search and Selection is working with a major family group business, who are currently looking for a Head Scrum Master to join their dynamic team based in Dubai, UAE.
As a Head Scrum Master your responsibilities will include:
· Lead design and code review meetings
· Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
· Build efficient and effective front-end systems
· Guide and mentor junior developers
· Use the various tools like Photoshop, etc. to ensure a professional outlook for the UI
· Being adept on the financial side like monitoring the budget and reviewing financial reports.
Requirements
· Bachelors or Masters in a related field
· Minimum 10 years within a managerial role
· Preferably +5 years within the retail industry
· Proficiency in full lifecycle implementation using Agile methodologies
· Strong in organizing and conducting the Scrum meetings (Daily Stand-up, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Demos)
· Strong knowledge of CI, CD, TDD
· Expertise in planning monthly reviews and sessions with multiple scrum teams along with the required product stakeholders
· Working experience in Managing project scope, risks, issues and constraints
· Fluency in English with Arabic being a plus
