Position Title: Head waiter
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 4.3K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips

About the Client:
An All-Day, high end casual dining in the heart of Dubai serving their specialty of Mediterranean cuisine and premium shisha
Job Description:
• Work with host/hostesses to assign tables to servers in addition to waiting on their own tables
• Ensures exceptional dining experience by serving food and beverages according to established recipe and presentation
• Take the lead to train waiters and supervise servers
• Monitor food distribution and ensure orders are delivered to the correct recipients and that guidelines such as those for special diets are followed
• Offer assistance and demonstrate full knowledge of the menu, specialties and current promotions in the restaurant
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals
• Male, 35 years and below
• High school diploma or the relevant
• At least 1 year of experience in in the same role from high-end casual dining restaurant
