Job description / Role
The HSE Officer is responsible for providing site safety, ensuring facility compliance with corporate safety standards, implementing safety directives, improving safety performance, and ensuring facility safety policies and procedures are aligned with required regulations.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in HSE such as NEBOSH
- SAP skills
- Computer literacy (advance Excel skills), competency in use of all programs within MS Office Suite and aptitude for learning specialised software programs.
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years of related experience in a senior HSE role
- Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment
- Knowledge/Skills: Solid communications skills both verbal and written and a strong orientation for customer focus and teamwork.
- Language skills in English is required. Language skills in Arabic would be an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
