Job description / Role
• Contribute to the development, implementation and success and performance improvement initiatives which includes process mapping, review findings, improvement analysis and action plans.
• Analyze healthcare operational, regulatory, coding, reimbursement, and quality of care issues.
• Analyze inter-unit and intra-departmental variances
• Create innovative solutions and interventions to eliminate variances and improve performance.
• Track the progress of various initiatives.
Requirements
• Relevant experience, from reputed healthcare groups will be preferred.
• The candidate is expected to work independently (without supervision) in researching, organizing, analyzing, interpreting and presenting data to support in planning and decision-making on various management initiatives relating to integration/access and physician/patient satisfaction.
• The candidate is expected to possess strong analytical skills including ability to identify the most credible data sources, abstract relevant findings, make pertinent deductions and produce high quality results targeted to the intended audience.
• The candidate is expected to prepare materials/tools, including action plans, needs assessments, presentations, reports and related materials based on operations, quality and benchmark research/data.
• The candidate should have previous experience in Revenue Cycle Management, Service Cost Management and Operational Excellence. Candidates having a degree in Business and/or Health Administration and those with prior experience in lean management and/or six sigma techniques would be given preference.
• The candidate must be well-groomed with pleasing personality and should possess good analytical & decision making skills as well as exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
