Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Respond to the requests directed to the health desk and monitor and control the daily operations of the building.

This role delivers client services by taking inbound calls, receiving email requests, making outbound calls and responding to emails requests received in adherence to procedural, productivity and quality standards.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive calls on Help Desk and long wave radio system, and log information accurately.
• Answer phone within the agreed KPI
• Prioritize calls in accordance with procedure.
• To enter and maintain all information on a data base, logging calls and allocating details through to closure/completion.
• Monitor and implement status chasing.
• Implement follow up paperwork to ensure completion.
• Undertake day-to-day administration associated with Help Desk facility.
• Work within shift Rota to cover 7 day/week 24 hours/day including statutory holiday periods.
• Provide cover for colleagues as and when need arises (illness/holidays etc.).
• Undertake training and be an active Team Member.
• Carry out duties in line with company policy and procedure
• Fast and efficient handling of queries with clients.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Must have at least two years experience in office environment and keyboard skills.
• Have the ability to communicate.
• Have understanding in the principles of Quality Assurance and working procedures.
• Will have understanding of Healthcare service and have experience in the use of computerized logging systems.
• Excellent communication skills
• Completion of secondary or high school is mandatory.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Experience with CAFM/CMMS Management system is an added advantage
