HHSEQ Advisor

Job description / Role

Responsibilities:
- Able to lead a team of HSE personnel such as HSE officers, Hygiene officers, etc.
- HSE Management System understanding and ability to develop HSE Plan.
- Annual HSE plan review and implementation
- Knowledge and experience in implementing PTW system and Gas Testing
- Awareness on H2S & Breathing Apparatus
- Ability to conduct Risk Assessments
- Ability to analyze incidents and apply different root cause analysis.
- Ability to conduct HSE audits and reviews
- Ability to develop Emergency response procedures/plans.
- Ability to speak, read and write English with good communication skills

Requirements

Minimum one of the following:
- NEBOSH GC/IGC
- Diploma in Safety /HSE
- Any other HSE certifications

Desired
- Lead auditor ISO 14001 or OHSAS 18001 or equivalent.
- Other HSE Trainings / Certifications will be added advantage

Age: 30-40 years old

Work Experience : Minimum 8-10 Years of experience out of which at least 3 years in managing and implementing HSE and welfare requirements in Oil & Gas industry and served in the capacity of HSE Engineer at least for one year in the previous assignments for production facilities.

Education: Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineering or Science from a reputed university (with regular college study)
