Hi-Tech Service Engineer - Trading Enterprises - Abu Dhabi

As a Hi-Tech Service Engineer you will be responsible to manage the bodyshop, section making sure that all stages of the vehicle repair are done efficiently and repairs are adhered with stringent quality controls at each repair stage. You will manage the utilization of bodyshop consumable, paint and equipment. You will also produce daily productivity and utilization reports and ensure that housekeeping is maintained as per the manufacturer standard and safety requirements.

You will be assigned in a busy workshop environment wherein you need to coordinate with Insurance companies or Institutional operators through frequent visits and technical evaluations. You will also liaise with Credit customers to ensure dues are collected on time.

Requirements

To be a successful Service Engineer, you should have at least 5 years recent experience in an automotive dealership. You should have the ability to provide established standards of Customer Service through diagnostic ability and assessment of repairs/maintenance and quality customer care.

You should also be able to communicate effectively with strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with administrative competence.
