Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities:
- Clerical work as an assistant to Diplomats including senior Diplomats of the Embassy (possibly at the Ambassador’s office if proved to be efficient)
- Preparation and translation of notes, letters and documents
- Management of incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Receiving and connecting phone calls
- Keeping Diplomats’ calendar with necessary arrangement
- Other office work ordered by the supervisor

Requirements

Requirements:
- College or University graduate with a two-year or four-year degree.
- Previous experience in office and secretarial work, preferably as a personal assistant for senior management of organizations such as Diplomatic Missions and international organizations
- Fluent both in Arabic and English
- Strong written communication skills both in Arabic and English including writing formal letters
- Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to work under time pressure, reliability, scrupulousness

Starting time of work: Sometime in January or early February, 2023 (Expected date)
