Job description / Role
The role of the Hospital Director (Dubai) is manage all senior stakeholders within the organisation as well as managing the efficiency and care of all operations within the hospital. This role will take responsibility for the financial management, compliance, project management and procedures within the hospital, working with medical and non medical staff.

Our client is a Dubai based, multi therapeutic hospital who has been in operation for over 10 years.
Description
As the Hospital Director you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
* Plan and execute hospital goals and collaborate with medical and non medical staff to achieve these
* Manage the financial budgets for all departments
* Conduct and supervise regular quality and compliance checks
* Ensure full staff utilisation ratings are high
* Manage hospital wide improvement projects to increase patient well being and care

Requirements
To be considered for the Medical Director position you must have the following:
* Current and on-going license with DHA
* Minimum of 5+ years in Hospital Management/ Hospital Admin at a senior level
* Total of 15+ years of experience
* Have worked within a Hospital of 50+ beds minimum
* Experience in managing complex budgets
