Job description / Role
Hostess up to 5k Aed++ for a Casual Dining Restaurant in Dubai
• Greet guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessary
• Provide guests with menus and answering any initial questions
• Assign guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers
• Engage with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service
• Respond to complaints and helping to resolve them
• Answer phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions
• Help out with other positions in the restaurant as needed
Requirements
• POSITION: Hostess
• SALARY: up to 5,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meal
• HIRING COMPANY: Casual Dining Restaurant
• WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join on August 2020
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to EUROPEAN and CIS nationals
• Female, 35 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• At least 2 years of working experience as a Hostess
• Home country experience will be considered
• Positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with all restaurant staff
• Good English communication skills and with presentable personality
