What you will be doing:

- Consistently offer a professional, polished and friendly greeting, and provide engaging service that inspires guests to make true connections with Swissôtel Al Murooj Dubai and our colleagues.
- Handles team member and guest requests by delegating to the appropriate individuals and follow up to ensure service standards are met.
- Maintains the computerized Work Order System. This requires logging and recording all service requests, implementation, distribution, and closing of all Work Orders.
- Ensures vacant/ready rooms are available to the Front Office through coordination with the Floor Supervisor team.
- Maintains tidiness of the Housekeeping Office and file all records and reports as per guidelines.
- Receives, records and stores Lost and Found items, and handles the claiming and clearing of any such items.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Guest focused personality is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
