Housekeeping Supervisor

Job description / Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Female Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily activities of the housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry personnel, and public area cleaners.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team performs at optimal levels.
• Schedule and organize work assignments, ensuring efficient coverage and timely completion of tasks.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Train staff on proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents.
• Control costs by optimizing staffing levels, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on housekeeping performance, including cleanliness scores, staff productivity, and any relevant issues.

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
