Housekeeping Supervisor For 1.5k Aed++ For A Golf Club In Dubai
• POSITION: Housekeeping Supervisor
• SALARY: 1500 AED depending on experience and qualification plus accommodation and transportation
• HIRING COMPANY: Residential Golf Club
• WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: 1 month
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Conduct site inspection by coordinating with cleaners to know the status of cleaning
• Assigns workers their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness
• Conduct training to employees for the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Cleaning checklists and duty roaster to be prepared for cleaners
• Request for cleaning chemicals and equipment’s as per site requirements
• To be familiar with the client scope of work
• To monitor inventories stock and consumables to ensure adequate supplies
• Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action
• Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation
• Ensure attendance of housekeeping staffs at site
• Assist in preparing the Monthly report
Requirements
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to Filipino nationals
• Female/Male, below 35 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of Hotel experience in housekeeping
• Knowledge of Health and Safety relating to Operations
• Ability to write technical reports when required
• Possess good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to communicate with team members
