Job description / Role
A well established company is currently looking to recruit an HR & Admin Manager for the head office based in Dubai. The role will be responsible for providing and implementing the various human resource functions of the company.
In addition, the role also requires the day to day management and administration of the office, its administration staff and any tasks/objectives deemed necessary by the company relative to these areas.
Key account-abilities include;
* HR policies & procedures
* Recruitment
* Staff management
* Administration
* Training & development
* Payroll
Requirements
* Immediate available candidate preferred
* Indian male candidate preferred as you will have to visit construction side one - two times a week
* Experience with construction background company is essential
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (CIPD would be advantageous)
* 5 years work experience as a HR manager or similar role within the UAE
* Experience of defining, implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
* Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrable skills in database management and record keeping
* General knowledge of UAE employment laws and practices
* Excellent English oral and written communication skills
* Demonstrable organisational, interpersonal and coaching skills
* Experience managing individuals within a team
