Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities:
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization and nurture a positive working environment.
• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
• Conducts new hire orientation.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Develop training materials and performance management programs.
• Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date.
• Develop clear policies, draft contracts and ensuring policy awareness. Partners with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.
• Conducts exit interviews and analyses data and makes recommendations to the management for corrective action and continuous improvement.
• Responds to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints.
• Facilitates and/or provides training (including orientation) to the workforce. Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs.
• Interviews, screens, and recruits job applicants to fill entry level, professional, and technical job openings.
• Reviews applications and interviews applicants to match experience with specific job related requirements.
• Maintains working relationship with Govt. Depts. and adheres to terms of labor contract by monitoring day-to-day implementation of policies concerning wages, hours and working conditions.
• Represents management in investigating, answering, and settling grievances, by arranging and scheduling grievance hearings between personnel, supervisor and the Management team.
• Responsible for all the company government compliances in related to License renewals, records of every transaction, company related insurances renewals. Company related renewals should be processed within the timeline.
• Ensure Business compliance and employment guidelines norms, front ending disciplinary investigations.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills
• 5 -year experience in HR functions.
• Min. Bachelor’s Degree (master’s degree in human resources or relevant area is preferred).
• Good written and verbal communication in English language.
• Experienced with high-level management decision making.
• Relationships with People : persuasive, socially confident, caring.
• Thinking style : behavioral, adaptable, disciplined.
• Feelings and Emotions : optimistic, trusting, competitive.
• Sound knowledge/exposure to the HR processes, policies and sub systems.

Salary: AED 9,000 - 10,000 (negotiable - based on experience)
