Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose: To provide administrative support to the HR team ensuring records are kept up to date and documentation is processed therefore enabling the HR team to meet the needs of the business. This is a paid internship for two months, starting on 2nd August 2015.

Principal Accountabilities:
- Assist with the Recruitment process; from screening applications, to shortlisting candidates and arranging interviews.
- Assist with the administration tasks related to onboarding process, ensure all documentation of new joiners is complete and updated on Oracle accordingly.
- Support the HR Department with recruitment & manpower budget tracking and updating Organisational Charts
- Maintain Recruitment Services Agreements and liaise with Business Units to update their respective Agreement lists.
- Liaise with HR team to set up and maintain employee personnel files, ensuring that all documentation is saved for a full employment history. Support the HR Team to update if employee information is missing in Oracle.
- Record all documentation regarding general employee requests, ensuring requests forms are completed, scanned and saved in the server and inform respective HR team member.
- Provide administration support to HR team whenever necessary to enable the smooth running of the HR department.

Requirements

- Preferably student of Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Business Administration
- Good communication skills both written & verbal to effectively communicate at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent time management skills & ability to multi task
- English is essential and Arabic would be an advantage (but not essential)
