Employment: Full Time

A global professional services organisation based in the heart of Dubai’s financial district is seeking a HR Administrator to provide HR operational and administrative support to the Dubai Office. The role will report to the Finance and Operations Manager in Dubai and be part of the larger Asia Pac team.

As an ambassador for the organisation, the role is key to the business and requires a true professional to represent the company in the best possible manner. Requirements

The role has a range of responsibilities including but not limited to; setting and maintaining HR personnel files, providing recruitment support, assisting with payroll, coordination with on and off boarding procedures and liaison with PRO, coordination with insurance providers and ad hoc support for HR projects.

Our client has specifically asked that prospective candidates hold a University degree in a Human Resources field and ideally 1-2 years’ experience of working within a HR capacity, within the professional services sector. However, they will consider a fresh graduate with the relevant degree and those have worked previously in an Intern capacity. Proactivity, good organizational skills and the ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy are paramount as is a professional and corporate appearance in line with company image.
