Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will be responsible for managing all HR admin activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the overall HR function.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related issues.
- Support the HR department in implementing and administering HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration, including verifying timesheets, calculating overtime, and maintaining accurate records.
- Handling and monitoring of employee leaves, UAE labor law mandated benefits like gratuity computation full and final settlements etc.
- Creating and handling the announcements/circulars and memos for employees.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and employee experience.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting new hire orientations.

Salary:
AED 3,650 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or relevant HR role.
- Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certification is a plus (e.g., CHRM, CHRP).
