Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a market leading multinational FMCG business focused in the fresh and preserved produce market. The business has a large headcount in the UAE, and has extensive operations across the wider GCC, with KSA being a prominent market. Due to a period of medical leave, the organisation has a fixed term six month contract available for an experienced HR professional to join the business.
As HR advisor you will be tasked with extensive HR administration, looking after the office operations from a coordination perspective. You will also assist with recruitment, the sourcing and screening of candidates and on boarding of successful applicants. You will spend around 30% of your time focused on compensation and benefits, preparing information for monthly payroll, communicating promotions and any deductions. You will also be involved in reporting and utilising the organisation’s HRMS software.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be immediately available, with the ability to take on a six month temporary contract. You will have experience processing payroll and working in a fast-paced administrative position in HR. Candidates without UAE experience will not be considered for this position.
